Persistent complaints of fighting, drug-related activity and noise nuisance have resulted in a tenant being evicted by Basildon Council.
A Full Possession Order was secured for a Billericay property after repeated reports of criminal and anti-social behaviour.
Following the court's decision, council officers carried out the eviction on August 14.
The action was taken after what the council described as extensive reports of serious anti-social and criminal behaviour at the property.
Complaints made to the authority included drug-related activity, fighting and ongoing noise nuisance, which residents said was having a significant impact on the surrounding community.
The possession order was then granted after the council presented evidence relating to the concerns raised by neighbours and partner agencies.

Basildon Council said eviction is always considered a last resort and only follows repeated attempts to resolve issues through support and intervention measures.
Andrew Baggott, councillor responsible for law and order, said: “Anti-social behaviour can have a significant impact on residents and the wider community, particularly when it is persistent and involves serious behaviour such as drug-related activity, violence and ongoing noise nuisance.
"We understand the importance of taking action when residents are being repeatedly affected, and this eviction demonstrates that we will take the necessary actions to ensure safety, when other steps have not been successful."
Officials added they will continue taking enforcement action where necessary to prevent ongoing disruption and protect communities across the borough.
He added: "Our priority is to protect residents and ensure that everyone can feel safe and comfortable in their own neighbourhood.
"We will carry on taking a firm approach to ongoing anti-social behaviour and work to enhance the wellbeing for communities across the borough.
"We will continue to work with our partners to ensure that those responsible for causing persistent nuisance and distress are held accountable for their actions."
The council says it remains committed to tackling anti-social behaviour and hold those responsible accountable.
