Miles of traffic is building on the A12 following a crash near Colchester.
UPDATE - The A12 northbound is closed at Junction 25 due to the collision, and traffic is being diverted off at Junction 23 for Kelvedon.
The incident happened on the northbound carriageway near Junction 25 for Marks Tey.
Queues are stretching back towards junction 22 for Witham North, covering a seven-mile stretch of road.
