Fly-tipping incidents are continuing to fall year on year across Basildon.
Basildon Council says the drop follows ongoing enforcement work and support from responsible residents.
People paying for rubbish removal are being urged to check waste carrier licences and get receipts.
George Jeffery, councillor responsible for environment and leisure, said: “We're seeing real progress in reducing fly-tipping across our borough, but there's still more work to do.”
