SIDES are set to be duly split with the launch of a new comedy club in Rayleigh.
Friday will see the first in a new series of stand-up comedy nights at the Mill Arts Centre, and this week will feature comics Andrew Roper and John Newton, with Bryan Lacey MCing the event.
Organisor Robert Howell says of the new night: “Each show comes with three great comedians from the very circuit that launched today’s stars such as Michael McIntyre, Jimmy Carr, Al Murray, Jason Manford and so many more.
“You know you’re in for a top night out at a top class venue.”
The comedy club is at the Mill Arts and Events Centre, Bellingham Lane.
Doors open at 7.30pm and tickets cost £15 with group discounts available.
