Was surprised to read the report on St Luke’s Health Centre (Jan 6).
I have used this surgery on a number of occasions and have been thoroughly satisfied with the service I have received.
I have found both the doctors and staff to be polite and helpful and have been seen every time I have needed assistance.
This town has needed this type of service for a long time and when A&E is backed up for seven hours it is very comforting to know St Luke’s is there for us. People are quick to criticise, but slow to offer praise when it is deserved.
Keep up the good work St Luke’s and thank you from someone who does actually appreciate what is being done.
