It never ceases to amaze me me only one person reported the sickening attack by a thug on his dog while on a train (June 15). What is the matter with people these days?
If they are afraid to intervene, there are other ways to stop the attack or report it to someone.
Most people carry mobile phones these days.
Because there was no CCTV available, I doubt if the thug will be caught.
