APPLICATIONS are now open for artists and art groups to apply to be part of this year’s Rochford Art Trail.
For one week, Rochford transforms into a giant exhibition space as artists display in shops, cafes and public spaces. Residents and visitors can follow the trail, meet the artists and take part in workshops during the seven days of the trail.
It runs from Saturday, October 27 to Saturday, November 3.
Artist Max Dolding, who will be displaying at the Rayleigh Windmill in August, said: “I’d encourage any local artists to sign up to be part of the Rochford Art Trail. It’s a fantastic way for artists to showcase their talent in unique locations.”
Artists have until Thursday, April 26 to apply and can receive an application form by contacting Roxie Curry on 01702 318171 or emailing roxie.curry@rochford.gov.uk.
The forms can also be downloaded from www.rochford.gov.uk/arttrail
