Was there some hidden agenda by the NHS information centre regarding GP surgeries’ data?
Surely the only true survey should be by way of ensuring every patient has the opportunity to show their concern regarding their own surgery.
This would include things like no weekend service, only reluctant home visits, not explaining to the patient what is wrong with them and just bunging them an extra tablet or two.
And, of course, not being able to get an appointment within six weeks.
This would be a more democratic way to get these problems solved as opposed to debates between several associations.

...Are the residents of Ghyllgrove, who use the Gore surgery, satisfied with agency doctors?
We have not had a permanent doctor there for three years. Why?
I have tried various ways to find out, but with no luck.
A surgery in Whitmore Way has two permanent doctors. Why can’t we have the same at this surgery?
