Man arrested in witness intimidation investigation
A man has been arrested on suspicions of witness intimidation.
Russell Tibbs, of 28, of Charleston Avenue, Basildon, was arrested on Wednesday, January 3, and he appeared at Basildon Magistrates' Court the following day.
He is due appear at Basildon Crown Court on Thursday, February 1.
He was remanded in court custody.
