THE A130, northbound in Rayleigh, has reopened following a crash at 11.30am.
The incident, at the A1245 Chelmsford Road junction, has closed one lane but it was reopened and traffic moving freely by 12.45pm.
The incident involved a red Fiat 500 and a white Vauxhall van, with fire, police and ambulance services all attending.
The extent of any potential injuries are not yet known.
Stambridge Road in Great Stambridge was blocked earlier this morning due to a single vehicle accident outside the Royal Oak pub.
Police were called to the incident at around 9.15am after the driver of a red Chevrolet appeared to have lost control of their vehicle.
The driver sustained only minor injuries and the road was cleared by midday.
