DRIVERS suffered major delays on the way to work after two crashes on the A127.
They happened less than two miles apart between the Wickford A130 turn-off and Rayleigh Weir during rush hour.
Ambulance crews attended both incidents but nobody was seriously injured.
A motorcyclist was knocked off his bike on the Southend bound carriageway between Rayleigh Weir and Progress Road.
Four cars were involved in a minor shunt on the London bound carriageway near the A130.
