POLICE are searching for a thug who dragged a driver out of his car and drove off in it.
Two men were making a fast food delivery in Cunningham Close, Shoebury, when the carjacking happened. One got out to deliver the food, while the other sat in the blue BMW.
A man dragged him out of the car and drove off.
The thief was white, in his late teens, 5ft 7ins tall, and of slim build.
He was wearing dark jogging bottoms, a black hooded top with white stripes on the sleeves, and a baseball cap with grey peak.
His accomplice was in a small black car, possibly a Fiesta, Focus, or Golf.
