TWO people have been arrested on suspicion of murder following the disapperance of 76-year-old Rayleigh woman Hannah Phillips.
A 40-year-old man and a 36-year-old woman, both of Rayleigh, are being questioned by police.
Mrs Phillips had not been seen since April 13.
Her handbag was found on the beach at Jaywick on April 23, sparking a police appeal for information.
