Man arrested after disturbance in Canvey Street
Police arrested a man following a disturbance in a Canvey street.
Officers were called at about 11.15pm yesterday to Dovervelt Road and arrested a 40-year-old man from Canvey on suspicion of a breach of bail conditions and criminal damage.
He was taken to Basildon police station for questioning and remains in custody.
