A ROBBER punched a man in the face after stealing his iPod.
The 20-year-old victim was walking down Vincent Lodge, South Woodham Ferrers, when he was approached by two thugs.
They stood either side of the victim before demanding his video iPod, worth £180. He handed it over straightaway, but one of the robbers still attacked him.
The first suspect, who is thought to have thrown the punch, was white, about 18 years old and 5ft 9ins tall.
He was well built with a chubby face and wore a baseball cap, dark- coloured Nike Air jacket, black tracksuit bottoms and a gold loop earring in his left ear.
The second man was also white, aged around 18 years old, 5ft 11ins tall.
He wore a white cap and had short dark hair.
The iPod, worth £180, was black with white earphones and had a yellow protective case.
