A MAN accused of stabbing his partner has appeared before the court.
Nicholas Adams, 29, is alleged to have stabbed the 27-year-old woman during a domestic incident at the home they shared in Ravenscourt Drive, Vange.
The woman received a stab wound to the stomach on Wednesday, August 1, and was taken to Basildon Hospital.
Adams was charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent and appeared at Basildon Crown Court for a preliminary hearing.
He did not enter a plea and was remanded in custody.
He will reappear at the court later next month for a plea and case management hearing.
