All aboard - Thomas fan Jack Lee, six, tries the new display
THOMAS the Tank Engine fans were in for a treat when their favourite blue engine pulled into a Southend toy shop.
The climb-aboard Thomas is the latest addition to Toys and Tuck in Queen's Road, just off the High Street, and allows children to sit inside and watch episodes of the show.
Manager Niki Penn said the display had been a big hit.
"The kids absolutely love it," she added. "It's amazing after all these years, Thomas is still our best-seller."
