POLICE want help in tracking down these men.
(1) Jason Portman, 30, was last known to be in the Shoebury area and is wanted for failing to appear at court for traffic offences.
He is 5ft 8ins tall, slim, with brown eyes and brown hair.
He has two front teeth missing and a celtic band tattooed on his left arm.
(2) James Ellison, 30 is wanted for failing to appear on a charge of disqualified driving.
He is 5ft 9ins, with brown hair and sometimes sports a ginger beard.
His tattoos include a dragon, the names Conner and Marie on his left arm, while he has a dragon and Lucy and Megan on his right arm.
(3) Andre Wilfred, has just turned 31 and is wanted for deception.
He is 5ft 9ins, of small build, with tattoos of a dragon and a dagger on his left arm, and Charlotte and Libra scales on his right arm.
(4) CCTV pictures have been released of a man wanted in connection with the theft of medical goods from the Co-op in Southchurch Road, Southend, at about 3.15pm on August 30.
He is white, aged 20 to 25, 5ft 8ins, with short, brown hair. He was wearing light blue jeans, black trainers and a black top with white stripes down each sleeve.
