EMERGENCY roadworks to repair a burst water main gridlocked traffic in Rayleigh this morning (Tuesday).
Essex and Suffolk Water are working to repair the main in Eastwood Road which burst in the early hours.
Twenty properties have had their water supply turned off and traffic tailed back in every direction in this morning's rush hour.
