STANFORD-LE-HOPE children raised more than £2,000 for the National Society for the Prevention of Child Cruelty after taking part in a variety of sponsored events.
Pupils at Arthur Bugler Junior School took part in spelling and times tables tests as well as a physical challenge.
Teaching Assistant Alyson Carson said: "Everyone had lots of fun. The children raised an amazing total of £2,418 for the charity. The staff would like to praise the children for their efforts and thank everybody who sponsored them."
