Devon Beale, 19, Toronto Road, Tilbury, admitted drug driving in Chadwell St Mary on June 22 last year. Found to have 4.1 micrograms of delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (cannabis) per litre of blood. The legal limit is 2 micrograms. He was fined £250, ordered to pay prosecution costs of £105 and a victim services cost of £34. He was banned from driving for 12 months.

Kishore Munagala, 43, Clay Hill Road, Basildon, admitted drink driving in Basildon on November 12 last year. He was found to have 67 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the legal limit is 35. He was fined £500, ordered to pay a victim services charge of £50 and prosecution costs of £105. He was banned from driving for 36 months.

Conner George, 22, Gun Hill Place, Basildon, admitted drink driving in Basildon on November 2 last year. He was found to have 92 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35. He was made subject of a community order and must complete 80 hours unpaid work, pay a £95 victims service charge and £50 prosecution costs. He was banned from driving for 23 months.

Tudor Negulescu, 37, Ganvilles, Basildon, admitted drink driving and driving without insurance on October 31 last year. He was found to have 44 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35. He was fined £80, ordered to pay a £34 victim services charge and prosecution costs of £40. He was banned from driving for 13 months.

Alexandru Tcaci, 28, Lambourne, Tillbury, admitted drink driving in Stanford le Hope on October 16 last year. He was found to have 93 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35. He must complete 80 hours unpaid work, pay prosecution costs of £105 and was banned from driving for 23 months.
