GABLE Hall School Theatre Group has been busy rehearsing for the schools’ edition of Les Miserables.

This community project involves children from across Thurrock.

The team of 12 to 19 year olds have been practising since October.

The dates for the shows are Tuesday and Thursday, February 10 and 12, and will take place in Gable Hall School theatre, starting at 7.30pm.

Production directors Peter Goldsmith, Karina Latham and Emily Norman have worked tirelessly to make this community performance even better than previous shows.

Karina said: “The commitment required for this show has needed to be excellent. Luckily we have a very strong group who are going to produce an excellent show.”

The technical side of the performance will also hopefully wow the audience with lighting effects and scenery produced by Sam Browne, Nathan Muscat and the technical crew.

Tickets are now on sale at £6 for adults and £4 for concessions.

Emily added: “We promise a spectacular show and would like everyone in the community to come and see it.”
