BUSINESSES can shop for some good advice at a dedicated ‘supermarket’.
The Burnt Mills industrial estate in Basildon is playing host to the district’s first ever business support supermarket.
Held at the Burnt Mills Cafe and the next door unit on Ridley Road, the event will offer firms a chance to speak to a range of groups offering support and advice, including the Federation of Small Businesses, the Basildon Green Business Forum, Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs, the Basildon Business Group, Essex Trading Standards, Anglia Ruskin University and various departments from the Council.
Alan Osborn, chairman of the Burnt Mills Industrial Association, said: “Supporting businesses is so vital in the current times and as we move towards recovery.
The event, run in conjunction with the Burnt Mills Industrial Association, the council, Basildon Renaissance, and Business Link East, takes place on Tuesday, November 24, between 11am and 4pm.
