A TERRIFIED man had his face slashed with a knife during a street robbery in Southend.
The 37-year-old man was walking along North Road with his girlfriend when they were approached by three black men.
They slashed his face with a knife and stole more than £400 cash from his pocket.
The victim, who is from Southend, was taken to Southend Hospital where he received treatment. His 38-year-old girlfriend was uninjured. One of the suspects was wearing a black hooded top with a flower motif on the shoulder.
