PEOPLE are asked to take part in a survey about local pharmacy services.

NHS South East Essex needs feedback to help understand how people use pharmacy services, how they rate their experiences and what they would like to see in the future.

Ian Stidston, interim director of primary and community care for NHS South East Essex, said: “We hope residents of south-east Essex take the time to fill out a survey and have a say in how their local pharmacy services could be improved.

“This will help ensure local pharmacies are meeting local needs.”

This will also help to establish if there are any gaps in services, to explore future provision and potential new services.

To take part in the survey, called Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment, either visit the “Be involved in Your Healthcare” section of www.see.nhs.uk, or call the Patient Advice and Liaison Service on 01702 224629 to either conduct the survey by telephone or request a survey to be sent via post.

The survey closes on June 30.
