ROAD surface repairs will be carried out on the anti-clockwise M25 in Essex between junctions 29 to 28 tonight.
Work will start at 10pm and is expected to be complete by 5am tomorrow morning, weather permitting.
The work will close several lanes on the M25, with all traffic on the anti-clockwise carriageway directed to use the contraflow which is in place for the widening work.
Drivers aiming to leave the anti-clockwise M25 at Junction 28 will instead be directed to leave at Junction 29 and follow a diversion along the A127 to Gallows Corner and back to Junction 28.
Should drivers miss this diversion they can continue on the M25 to junction 26, where they can turn around.
