A DOG walker was horrified when she saw a man committing a lewd act on himself in a park.
The 33-year-old woman was walking past the museum, in Priory Park, Southend, when she saw the man.
He is described as a white man in his early twenties, who was around 6ft tall and of skinny build. He had mid-length scruffy hair and wore a white hoodie and pale jeans. He struck at about 6pm on Friday October 1.
