TWO men have been charged with offences following a police chase in Leigh.
Officers carried out a pursuit in London Road at about 4.20am on Tuesday October 5.
A 33-year-old man from Southend was arrested and later charged with dangerous driving, driving when over the alcohol limit, using a vehicle without third party insurance, failing to stop and driving not in accordance with a licence.
A 26-year-old man from Ilford was arrested and later charged with permitting the use of a vehicle with no insurance and permitting the driving of a vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence.
The men will appear at Southend Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, October 13.
