A TEENAGER is set to appear in court following a burglary in Shoebury.
The 16-year-old was charged with aggravated burglary in connection with a crime in Saxon Gardens on July 13.
He will appear at Southend Youth Court on October 21. An 18-year-old man and another 16-year-old boy arrested in connection with the incident have been released from their bail without charge.
