TWO sisters who high-kicked their way to the semi-finals of Britain’s Got Talent now have their sights set on Hollywood.

Black-belt martial artists Chloe and Grace Bruce bowed out of the contest in style on Monday night, but gave a dazzling performance of their dynamic routine, winning praise from famously hard-to-please judge Simon Cowell.

The entertainment guru, who has helped launch the careers of a host of stars from Diversity to Will Young, told the siblings they should be in a blockbuster movie.

Talk of the silver screen is a world away from the down-to-earth sisters who still share a room at their parents’ house, in Crescent Road, Canvey.

Older sister Chloe, 27, who holds a Guinness World Record for the most high kicks in a minute, said: “The routine couldn’t have gone any better. It was very nice of Simon to say what he did. It’s a long way off, but it’s a nice dream.

“One of our biggest idols is Jackie Chan so if we could work alongside him one day it would be absolutely amazing.

“We’re not sure what’s next for us, but we want to stay in entertainment.”

The duo have been credited with giving martial arts sex-appeal following their routines dressed in red bodysuits in front of a TV audience of millions.

They learnt the Korean discipline of Tang Soo Do with brothers Danny, 25, and Michael, 22, at a now closed training centre near the Point, in Canvey.

Grace, 20, added: “When the boys gave it up, we carried on.”

Despite being unable to win through to the Britain’s Got Talent final and the chance to appear in front of the Queen, parents Debbie, 49, and Roy, 52, were still bursting with pride.

Mum Debbie said: “We’re so proud. It was an amazing performance under lots of pressure.

“We were very nervous, but we’ve had quite a few nervous moment over the years with all the competitions they’ve been in.

“We’d like to thank everyone who supported them, particularly the neighbours, friends and martial arts community who really got behind them.”
