ENGINEERS had to fix overhead power cables near Rochford during the evening rush hour on Monday. Delays of up to 20 minutes were caused to National Express East Anglia services travelling through Rochford station after problems with the cables were reported at 5.15pm. Network Rail engineers were called to the line with the problem being fixed by 6pm.
