A MAN who failed to keep with the terms of his release from prison has handed himself into the police.
Officers in Southend had been searching for Jacob Utton, 22, after he did not comply to the terms of his licence following his early release from prison on August 10.
He handed himself in at Southend police station on Tuesday afternoon.
Utton had been charged with 18-months imprisonment over affray and assault charges committed in April 2010.
