TWO sets of traffic lights failed in Southend earlier today.
Around 11.30am a set of lights on the A127 at the West Street junction broke down before being followed by another set on Southchurch Road near Chichester Road.
Motorists are being advised to approach with care before the lights were restored to full working order by 12.30pm.
