GALE force winds and rain could hit Essex tomorrow and Saturday, forecasters have warned.
The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for the region, from noon tomorrow until 9am on Saturday.
A forecast said: “There is a low likelihood that the system could be intense enough to bring disruptive wind and rain to some parts.
“The public should be aware of the potential for disruption particularly for those engaged in outdoor activities.”
Winds could reach up to 50mph on coasts and 40mph inland.
