Essex Youth Offending Team are teaming up with the social project Cool to be Kind to put together rucksacks for the homeless.
Young people will be sorting through the donations and putting the rucksacks together to give to the project.
Cool to be Kind will be delivering the rucksacks throughout the winter to those who are on the streets homeless.
Donation stations have been set up around libraries in Essex where you can drop your donations in the labelled wheelie bins
The stations, which will be in place for the next few weeks, include Billericay Library and Brentwood Library.
The organisation are in desperate need of rucksacks, sleeping bags and flasks also in need of items including underwear, fleeces, socks and hats and scarves.
