A MAN has been given a curfew after stealing hundreds of pounds from a shop.
Tommy Linnen, 22, admitted breaking into Parker Flooring, in Long Road, Canvey, in January and stealing cash and a money tin worth £300.
Linnen of Robinson Road, Dagenham, appeared at Southend Magistrates’ Court on March 13 where he was handed a 12-month community order which requires him to where a tag.
He must remain in his home between the hours of 7pm and 7am until July 12.
He must also pay £444 in compensation, £85 in costs and £85 as a victim surcharge.
