THE PREVIEW: Concord will be grateful to be able to turn their attention to the FA Cup after three straight league defeats, although Wingate & Finchley promises to be a tough test.
The Beach Boys travel to the side sitting just three points off the top of the Ryman Premier League tomorrow, as they embark on another cup journey, hoping to emulate their fantastic run to the first round proper last season.
Concord boss Adam Flanagan will need to keep feisty Wingate strikers Rob Laney and Billy Healey quiet, having already netted 12 times between them this term.
Concord won the last meeting between the two clubs at the Aspect Arena back in 2013.
WHAT HE SAYS: Concord boss Flanagan said: “The FA cup will be a nice distraction from the league. Many of the players at the club experienced a good run in it last season so they know what the feeling is like to progress and get a league opponent and hopefully they will want that again.
“Having said that we face a good Wingate and Finchley team that are doing well in the league below and high in confidence so we need to make sure we turn up, compete, win individual battles and deliver a performance.”

TEAM NEWS: Winger Joe Gardner, left, and defender Adam Bailey Dennis have minor knocks but are expected to train in the run-up to the match – aside from that Concord have a full squad.
