THE PREVIEW: It has been a frustrating start to 2016 for Billericay Town. After seeing their first two matches fall foul to the weather, they could only draw 1-1 against Brentwood Town last weekend.

Manager Craig Edwards said the two-and-a-half week break could have affected his players that day, but expects them to back on form tomorrow.

Things have been even more difficult for Harrow. They have not played since Boxing Day as rain has decimated their fixture schedule and find themselves in 16th position.

However, if they win their three games in hand they will sit just three points off Billericay, who are in the play-off places.

And if Harrow’s last two games are anything to go by, it could be a thriller - they ended 3-3 and 5-5!

WHAT HE SAYS: Town manager Craig Edwards said: “The worst thing for any team is inactivity and I think we found that out against Brentwood.

“If we had played them before we had the enforced break I think we would have won the game comfortably.

“But we kept the unbeaten run going so we are now 11 games without defeat and we want to extend that tomorrow.

“We needed to address certain things in training this week after we missed a few games as even the best players in the world forget the right way of doing things after a while.

“Harrow are a hard-working side but if we apply ourselves in the right way then I am confident we will get the result that we all want.”
