BASILDON United came from a goal down to secure all three points at Tower Hamlets.
The Bees went in at half time 1-0 down, but Aaron Bloxham’s side turned the game around after the interval.
Nathan Dewberry got Basildon back on level terms soon before the hour mark.
Yaw Danso then gave Basildon the lead less than 15 minutes later.
The visitors put the game beyond Tower Hamlets’ reach as Reece Tranter converted from the penalty spot late on.
The result sees Basildon remain 10th in the league standings.
Elsewhere, Hullbridge Sports required a last minute equaliser to collect a point at Redbridge.
The hosts took a second minute lead through Brian Moses.
But Rob Hodgson scored two minutes into injury time to register a 1-1 draw.
Meanwhile, Southend Manor lost to Sporting Bengal United.
Shiblu Miah gave the away side the lead before Oscar Mendez doubled their advantage just past the half hour mark.
Rhys Matt scored for Manor with 20 minutes to play but it was not enough.
