A TENNIS tournament is being held later this month to raise funds for Havens Hospices.
The doubles event will be held at David Lloyd Southend on Saturday June 23, starting at 2pm.
And all those entering will go into a draw to win tickets for the opening session at the Nitto ATP finals at the 02 Arena in November.
Organiser Chris Phillips said: “I play tennis quite a lot at David Lloyd Southend so I thought it would be great to combine that with the fundraising for Havens.
“I’m really grateful to David Lloyd for their use of the facilities and it should be a really good day.”
Those wishing to take part are asked to donate at least £10 to Havens Hospices here.
For every additional £5 donated more raffle tickets will be given out for the ATP finals early afternoon session on Sunday November 11.
Organisers are also seeking a sponsor for the event.
