BLUES boss Chris Powell insists he would have no qualms playing goalkeeper Nathan Bishop against Peterborough United tomorrow - but has not ruled out signing a shot-stopper on loan.
The Shrimpers are without number one choice Mark Oxley for the next three games after he was sent off against Charlton Athletic on Saturday.
But Powell is confident whoever lines up between the sticks will do a good job against the League One leaders at Roots Hall.
“If we can do something we will but if we don’t Nathan goes in goal and that’s fine by me,” said Powell.
“He’s a young goalkeeper who is a real talent but we’ve lost Mark for three games and we had Harry Seaden on the bench on Tuesday.
"He is 16 so it’s a situation we’re looking at.”
