Carried off - Southend United left-back Ben Coker
SOUTHEND United manager Chris Powell has yet to discover the extent of Ben Coker's injury.
Coker was carried off during the Shrimpers' 3-0 win at Sunderland.
But Powell does not know just how bad the setback will be at this stage.
"I don’t know what he’s injured or the extent or it either but it doesn’t look great," said Powell.
"We’re getting tested to the limits.
"We’ve never been the biggest squad but now we lost Harry Lennon and Tom Hopper early on on Tuesday and we’ve lost Ben Coker early here.
"I don’t know what’s gone on with regards to the serious injuries we’ve had but I just hope it’s not too bad for Ben."
