Injured - Southend United striker Tom Hopper
SOUTHEND United manager Chris Powell has hinted Tom Hopper could be set for an extended spell on the sidelines.
Hopper – who has scored seven goals so far this season – injured his knee during Tuesday night’s 3-0 win against Walsall.
And Powell seemed to suggest the striker had suffered a bad injury.
“We will find out at the beginning of the week but it doesn’t look great,” said Blues boss.
