ROCHFORD Hundred remain determined to build on their unbeaten start to the season, according to their top try scorer Norbetas Radzevicius.

Rochford - who head to Old Haberdashers this weekend - have won all 12 of their matches this term and are currently eight points clear at the top of the table.

But Radzevicius insists Hundred are hungry for more.

“Our hard work won’t stop,” said Radzevicius.

“We’re nearly halfway through the season but this is the half that matters now to us.

“We’re here for promotion, which is our goal, but we clearly have a few obstacles to overcome on the way.”

Hundred’s latest success came against Old Priorians on Saturday with Radzevicius scoring four tries in a 97-0 victory.

But the winger stills feels there is room for improvement.

“Saturday was a different game and all credit to Old Priorians for sticking to it with 12 men but I think we still have room for improvement as a squad,” said Radzevicius.

“Scoring four tries is always a bonus, but that’s what I also need to be getting against better opposition like this Saturday coming.”

And Radzevicius is expecting fifth-placed Old Haberdashers to pose a real threat tomorrow.

“Old Haberdashers will be tough for us to play against,” said Radzevicius, who has scored 15 tries already this season.

“They’re a good outfit and we’re all expecting a good game.

“But these are the games that are important and a win is definitely something we can’t leave without.”
