TEENAGE winger Alfie Justice is targeting more success with table-topping Rochford Hundred.

The 18-year-old scored a try on his first team debut in Saturday’s 69-5 win against Fullerians last time out.

But Justice is keen to keep on improving, starting with tomorrow’s clash with Diss.

“I was very pleased to get a try in the game but I feel I left some points out there and I can’t afford to be doing that if I want to be a regular in the team,” said Justice.

“I was very pleased and excited to get my first start, especially as we were at home, but I hope this is the start for me and I want to kick on from here and carry on my good form.”

Rochford have now won all 16 of their games in London One North this season.

And Justice was pleased to keep the good run going last time out.

"The game was positive and showed an improvement in the whole squad," said Justice.

"We made big changes and got a similar result."

The victory kept Rochford eight points clear at the top of the table and they will be confident of maintaining their unbeaten run this weekend.

Diss are currently bottom of the table with just one win to their name this term.

But Justice is not thinking too much about what kind of threat the visitors may pose at Magnolia Road.

"As a player I don't really focus on the opposition," said Justice.

"I like to play my game and I am confident that if play to the best of my ability then I can be a good asset to the team and get the job done."

And, long term, Justice has set his sights on helping Rochford secure promotion.

"As for the rest of the season I hope that I can work my way into the squad every week going forward and take every opportunity that comes my way," said Justice.

"I know if I work hard enough a regular place in the squad will be there for me and we all want promotion."
