LUKE Hyam wants Southend United’s win at Bradford City to be the sign of things to come - for both himself and the team.
Hyam produced arguably his best display yet for Blues in the 4-0 victory at Valley Parade on Saturday.
And Hyam is now keen for the Shrimpers to impress on a more consistent basis, starting with this weekend’s clash with Luton Town at Roots Hall.
“Luton are a very good team and they’re having a good season but we’re going into it on a high ourselves and we want to keep performing at that level now,” said Hyam.
“I think every single player was an 8/10 against Bradford and I felt good myself too.
“I think the more you win, the more consistent your performances will be so, just like everyone else, I want to maintain that kind of performance.”
