ADAM Hickey sealed 51st place in the World Cross Country Championships this afternoon.
The Southend-based 30-year-old was representing Great Britain in Denmark.
And, in the senior men’s category, Hickey was able to finish just outside the top 50.
Great Britain’s best performing representative in the category was Patrick Dever, who clinched 37th spot.
Mahamad Mahamad was the second Brit home in 44th place.
Hickey was in his country’s top three, with Ollie Fox 58th in Aarhus.
In 65th position was Ross Millington, while Luke Traynor took 107th.
