WESTCLIFF fly-half Jack Jones insists excitement is rising ahead of tomorrow’s clash with Chingford.
Westcliff go into the game level on points with second placed Wimbledon with just two matches to go.
But Jones is eager to pick up maximum points as Westcliff attempt to reach the end of season play-offs.
“There is an excitement around the boys and the whole club,” said Jones.
“Obviously a few games need to go in our favour but everyone is relishing the thought of it.”
Westcliff must finish second to make the play-offs and Jones is already relishing this weekend’s clash.
“It is going to be a great day,” said Jones.
“There is the biggest lunch of the season and it promises to be a bumper crowd.
“Chingford were a big team in the pack but we just need to be more physical and take our chances when they come.
“We will continue to play how we have done all season and enjoy being out on the pitch with our mates.”
