CONCORD Rangers’ National League South encounter with Truro City was abandoned with less than 20 minutes remaining.
The Beach Boys were 1-0 up after claiming the opener inside 27 minutes.
Sam Ashford, fresh from scoring his first goal for the club in the win over Weston-super-Mare last time out, beat the offside trap and slotted home to put Concord in control.
Joan Luque also went close as Sammy Moore’s side looked to notch back-to-back victories.
But the fixture was brought to a halt after Michael Hervé suffered a suspected broken arm.
Hervé was treated by physios from both sides but, after close to an hour waiting for an ambulance to arrive at Treyew Road, the referee abandoned the game.
Concord would have gone into the play-off places had the fixture ended 1-0.
