CONCORD Rangers will be forced to replay their National League South clash with Truro City on Tuesday, April 16.

The original clash, which took place on Saturday, was abandoned with less than 20 minutes to play at Treyew Road after the hosts' Michael Hervé suffered a fractured humerus.

Medical staff were advised not to move the Frenchman and, with there being a three-hour wait before the ambulance arrived to transport Hervé to hospital, the match was abandoned.

The Beach Boys, who were 1-0 up at the time thanks to Sam Ashford's first half opener, were hoping to be awarded the three points and not replay the fixture.

However, the National League board have decided that the fixture must be replayed on April 16, with kick-off scheduled for 7.45pm.

Concord have confirmed they will not be making a comment on the matter at this stage.
